Next I plan on trying these cupcake beer mugs and these candy corn cookies for my friend emma. The recipies are here in the links. I'll let you know how they turn out. I plan on making my own fondant for the beer mugs.

Strawberry filled vanilla cupcakes with whipped cream frosting

I made these cute little cupcakes for a school play cast party. There fairly easy to make. Although they require cake flour and super fine sugar. There filled with a strawberry gelitine mix.

My Specialty, Blueberry MiniMuffins with Cinnimon Sugar Crust

I make these yummy little blueberry muffins from hand. There best right out of the oven. They have a warm crunch on top from the cinnimon sugar coating and sweet warm blueberrys. This is a mini blueberry muffin but I make full sized ones too.

This is going to be my new baking blog. I'm going to be posting how to's, pictures with recipies and anwsering any questions you can to the best of my ability. I'm not an expert or anything I'm just posting recipies I've tried. I'm only 16 but all my friends say I'm great at baking but I think I've got a long way to go before I can call myself great. I can bake cheesecakes, cupcakes, cakes and cookies. I'm hoping to start trying candy and truffles sometime soon.
